In accordance with current legislation on data protection, the personal data collected will be processed by the CITY COUNCIL OF SAN SEBASTIÁN, acting as controller, FOMENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN acting as processor with the purpose of sending you newsletters and/or promotional brochures.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is Article 6.1. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consent of the data subject.
There are no planned communications of your personal data nor international transfers to third countries or international organisations, unless under legal obligation.
