In accordance with current legislation on data protection, the personal data collected will be processed by the CITY COUNCIL OF SAN SEBASTIÁN, acting as controller, FOMENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN acting as processor with the purpose of sending you newsletters and/or promotional brochures.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is Article 6.1. a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, consent of the data subject.
There are no planned communications of your personal data nor international transfers to third countries or international organisations, unless under legal obligation.
The personal data pursuant to this processing will be kept for the necessary period of time in order to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The filing and documentation regulation will apply.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, as well as others referred to in the current legislation on data protection, where applicable, by writing to the Udalinfo Service of the City Council of San Sebastián on C/ Ijentea 1, 20003 Donostia / San Sebastián indicating in the subject Ref. Data Protection or through its Electronic Office..
If when exercising your rights, you have not been properly attended, you may lodge a complaint with the Basque Data Protection Agency.
